There is no way to reset this DURING playback, only to close the video player and set your marker after the defect. Both GOM player and Windows Media Player did the same thing.

EMDIA - delete the .srt file from the directory and there will be no English subtitles. As for why, i don't know but i'm positive that it doesn't matter given the aforementioned. You can also choose not to dl the .srt file within your bittorrent client.
This is not such a great rip. Everything is good except the frames per second is horrible. The movie is not messed up in any other way but it is just missing good FPS - so it's like watching the video through a very fast strobe light, not NO strobe light! I recommend waiting for a better copy for your personals or for burning.
